Hi and welcome to 2CarPros.
Out of the gate I would guess you either missed a plug on the master window switch or you jarred it lose. If the master switch get unplugged none of the locks will work.
Just pop it back open and make sure all the sockets for all the switches have a plug in them and they are plugged in tight.
