Could this be caused by Spark Plug guidetubes, inner /outer seals leaking oil, spark plugs were replaced at 58,000 miles.
How serious is this. What can happen to car?

Hello and thanks for donating

Your car may be ready for a major tune-up including spark plugs, fuel filter and air filter, scan computer for trouble codes. Also, perform a fuel pump pressure test. Clean fuel injection system including throttle bore, idle speed control motor and passages.

More information is needed. Does smoke come from the exhaust or is it coming from outside of engine?Out the exhaust could mean engine is overfilled with oil or the oil separator is bad. Oil dripping on the exhaust could mean a camshaft cover, spark plug tubes or cyl head gasket leaking. Hope this helps.
