Sunfire Front Steering 2002

Hello:

I recently bought a 2002 Sunfire with 59000 miles that has a creeking noise and feel that is being transmitted back through the steering wheel and brake pedal. Any ideas ? The last owner just had all 4 struts replaced and I was wondering if this could be the front strut mounts ?? It only does it while turning in either direction at slow speeds. It will not do it while traveling at higher speeds.

Any ideas would be grealy appreciated... My next turn will be to bring it into a shop for inspection, but if anyone could help I will check it out first myself....
