Brakes

Hi there! I drive a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire, with 350,000 kms on it. Whenever I use my brakes I hear a scraping noise, and if i use the quickly then I squeal. The drums and shoes have just been replaced so they are good. It would really help me out a lot of you could give me your advice....Thanks!

It could be the quality of brake pad that was used. Some brands are really hard and will make noise the entire time they are on your car. They make them harder so last longer but the noise is something that you have to put up with I'm afraid...
