ABS brakes

I have a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire 4dr auto 2.2 L. I have no ABS Brakes when I push my brakes hard they just lock up. Also my ABS light and brake light on my dash are lit up. How can I fix this?

First step is get the ABS codes read by someone who can! This will give you the starting point of what components are in need of testing. Or replacement!
