I HAVE REPLACED MY INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER FUSE. MY GAS GAUGE, SPEEDOMETER, ETC. IS NOT WORKING. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

I believe there is also a BCM/cluster fuse, that is ignition feed to the IPC,(instrument panel cluster), check that fuse, also check that the circuit for the fuse is hot, when you turn on the key. You don't have to crank it or start it, just turn on the key. Usually the fuse has a bare spot over each leg, you can use a testlite on each leg, to see if there is voltage, or pull the fuse and check the two circuits where the fuse plugs in, it doesn't matter.

Any time you test a fuse you also need to be sure there is voltage at the fuse circuit. Some are hot all the time, some go hot when you turn on the key.
