2003 pontiac sunfire brakes

I cannot get one of my brake rotors off. It seems to be stuck. Please help

If you have removed the attaching screw and everything is free so you see the entire front of the rotor--take a hammer and hit the outside bottom one good rap and it should come off. good luck.
