THE WINDOWS GO UP AND DOWN BUT THE ENGINE WHEN TURNING THE KEY OVER JUST CLICKS. THE RADIO ALSO WORKS. IT JUST WONT START.

First thing to do is check and clean the battery terminals of the battery. Next make sure the battery is fully charged.

If problem still persists either the starter has failed or is jammed in the flywheel or more likely the solenoid has failed.
