1996 Pontiac Sunfire Headlights

Did you use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit? Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the circuit, the circuit is dead. Check voltage circuit for both headlamps. In the diagram, the top wires at both lamp assemblies, is voltage. The bottom wires are ground, one ground for low beam, another ground for high beam.
