If there is no injector ground, engine cranking, and the vehicle is still flooding, must be something wrong with injector or possibly regulator leaking. What is the fuel pressure, use a gage. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one.
As far as trouble codes, you should be able to check mil codes yourself, if you haven't already? The codes may not help anything? there is an aldl under driver side dash. You turn the key to on, just till the dash lites come on, no further, use a jumper wire between the A & B terminals at the connector. The mil on the dash starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes.
