2001 Pontiac Montana radio dash lights?

ALL dash lights on my radio have gone out, any sugestions for a quick fix. Something has to be easier than pulling the dash out to replace a bulb?

The only quick fix I can come up with is mounting an external light, but that is a pain and just ugly. If you want to do it right, you are going to have to pull out the dash and change the bulb. Its usually not as hard as you would think. Just try not to break any of the little tabs.
