engine fluding out

hello i have a 1990 pontiac grand prix with a 3.1 engine 119,000 miles.it is fluding out with gas plus its putting some in with the oil in the oil pan. i have changed plugs,wires,coil,air filter,fuel filter an still no luck.can anyone help with some ideas besides a getting another car :) ?? thanks

the first step i would take since youve done the obvious is have the fuel pressure checked and if the engine light is on have that checked and let us know

ok check the fuel pressure it may be too high, could be a regulator
