98 Grand Prix GT heater problem

I have the 98 grand prix gt and have noticed when I turn the heater on it will blow hot air out of the passenger vents but the driver vents blow out cold air. Does this seem like a vacuum problem or electrical. Thanks for any help. This is my first question and have had the car a couple of months. Awesome site.

With a dual system it is most likely the actuator. Need to get your head down under the dash and see if you can find the blend door and be sure it moves correctly with temp selection.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
