2005 Pontiac Grand Prix blower not blowing out anything

we changed the fuse and relay fuse still nothing blower does not do anything on any speed how do tell if its the switch is bad or the blower and how do you check which it is without buying both is it something you can change buy yourself? please help

you will have to remove the motor and test it with a direct power source (i.e. 12v wire from battery and ground wire) if motor runs direct connected then check wiring and switch .
