2001 Pontiac Grand Prix blower relay

My car only works on air conditioner 5 speed have replaced motor and resister don't know the problem or where the relay is.

Check voltage at the hvac control fuse, 20 amp. The circuit goes hot when you turn on the key. Use a voltage tester, key on, there should be a bare spot over each fuse leg,no need to pull fuse. If both legs are hot, the circuit has voltage and the fuse is good. I thought the relay and resistor were part of same assembly, maybe not? I'll have to look. The partsbook does show separate blower motor relay. In the picture, the square box, should be the relay, with two wires coming off, should go to blower motor.
