Got a 01 Pontiac Grand Prix. Sat for 6 months. Jumped the car, noticed it was over heating. Fixed coolant leak. Car won't start now. Replaced battery, no codes stored in computer. Car has spark and decent fuel pressure. Please help!

You need spark, fuel and compression for car to run.
Spark should be blue snapping spark, fuel pressure should at least 40psi.
Check compression.

Having sat for a long period I would change the plugs or at least inspect them.

Car was running then it died. Car has spark. Already changed spark plugs and wires, got a spark. Fuel is at half tank but fuel smells funny. Kinda smell like a paint thinner.

Someone told me to check the crank sensor or cam sensor. Could that be the problem?

I would drain the gas tank, change filter and add a fuel stabilizer or Seafoam.

If it does not have the blue snapping spark, it is considered no spark.

A car that sat for 6 mo. Without any fuel stabilizer, would cause varnish to build up in fuel system, including injectors.

Check the fuel pump resistor. $30 part can cause starting or running problems if it fails.
