the car will bottom out and rub inner finder with passengers in the back seat. Can you give me a quick and cheep fix? And the right fix?

Quickest fix is to add rubber spacers to rear springs, this will increase spring rate but harshen the ride without the passengers.
These are available at most autoparts stores.
Best fix is to replace springs.
