What is the average cost of a tune up and front end allignment.

The term "tune up" really doesn't have a meaning any more. Cars have multiple different types of ignition systems and spark plugs routinely last for 100K miles so ignition parts are replaced on an "as they fail" basis and priced individually. It can be $50 to put plugs in one engine and $400 for a different one. Some cars have wires, some don't.

Forgot the alignment part.
That too can vary dramatically because many vehicles require aftermarket kits to be added to give it additional adjustment that the fact did not give it. The base price is usually around $60 to $80 but can run as high as $200 if kits are needed.
