I don't know if this engine has a rev limiter. But at 4000 rpm it starts stalling out. It has been dieing going down the road. I have changed the computer. Fuel pump and filter. Had the ing module checked. Changed the plug wires. Changed the oil pressures switch. And the crank sensor. Still stalls out?

Most have rev limiters, but not at 4000, more likely 6000.

Have ignition module checked and fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge. It is also possible the CAT is partially clogged. It can be checked with a CAT backpressure test.
