why wont my cooling fans come on?

Check for any applicable trouble codes. Check the circuits to and from the fan relay. If you turn on the ac does the fan come on? If you unplug the cts, (coolant temp sensor), does the fan run? I wouldn't replace anything without trying to track the problem. What is litre size of engine? Did you check applicable fuses?
