1997 Pontiac Grand Prix cooling fan wo't come on/low coolen

I check overfill and it's alway's full, but radeater need fluid. Fans never come on, and temp. Guage will get hotter and hotter, unless I can keep driving down the road. Please help

You could have a couple of things wrong. The coolant level sensor, may be giving a wrong reading, also the engine coolant temp sensor, may be faulty and not turning the fans on, or even the radiator fan relay could be bad, these are all things you have to check first. Also you need to verify that the fans even work correctly, you'll need to hardwire the fan directly to the battery. To see if it has a strong pull
