I have had my car scanned and shows lean during accel. It also will not sit and idle it will sputter and die. Also with half a tank of fuel or less it sputters during take off and low RPM's. Fuel filter and pump where replaced 6 months ago but pump is cheap knock off.

First thing to do is to check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge, pressure should be at least 40psi.

Remove the fuel pressure vacuum line and look for the presence of gas. If there, the FPR diaphram is ruptured.
If OK, hook up fuel pressure gauge, start, and then "blip" throttle, pressure should go up at least 5psi.

In any case the fuel pressure is low, but try the above and post results.
