MY SON'S 1999 GRAM AM GT KEEPS STALLING AND STOPPING FOR NO APPARENTREASON. I TOOK IT TO A GOOD YEAR STORE AND THEY PRECEEDED TO CHANGE THE IGNITION SWITCH, THEN 3 SEPARATE SENSORS (MODUALS), AND THE CARS STILL DOING THE SAME THING. NOW A DIFFFERENT MECHANIC IS SAYING IT'S EITHER THE FUEL RELAY, FUEL FILTER OR THE FUEL PUMP? I CAN'T KEEP PAYING FOR SOMEONE TO TROUBLESHOOT! CAN YOU HELP? JOHN

Remove and clean the Idle Air control valve, both pintle and base.

I would also check the fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge.

If fuel pressure is good after it stalls, then that would eliminate the relay, pump and filter.
