Dash and parking lights come on when braking

94 Bonneville, 139,000, 3.8 engine.
When ever we apply the brakes on our 94 Bonneville the dashboard lights and parking /driving lights turn on in addition to the brake lights. They turn off when we let up on the brakes. All the lights work normally when you have the light switch turned on at night and they don't blink or anything when braking at night. Also the third brakelight seems to burn out bulbs fairly fast as I've replaced them several times.

Check the bulbs u has a wrong bulb installed or
you have a bad ground

most likely it a wrong bulb
