my taillights will not come on when i turn on the headlight i have replaced a blown fuse underneath the dashboard what can it be

Check to make sure the fuse isn't blown again. If it is, check light sockets to make sure nothing is bad there. Next, you need to check wiring to make sure nothing has shorted.
