there is always white smoke coming out of the tail pipe, i'm not loosing any antifreeze, the weather has been cold, but it happens even when it's above freezing. I would appreciate the time and effort taken to answer this question. Thank you guys.

Could be just condensation-check the condition of the engine oil-if its not condensation -get it block and pressure tested this will tell if there's problem with head gasket, head/block, intake gasket .
