1995 Pontiac Bonneville white smoke

There is always white smoke coming out of the tail pipe, i'm not loosing any antifreeze, the weather has been cold, but it happens even when it's above freezing. I would appreciate the time and effort taken to answer this question. Thank you guys.

Could be just condensation-check the condition of the engine oil-if its not condensation -get it block and pressure tested this will tell if there's problem with head gasket, head/block, intake gasket.
