Previous answer is correct. Incorrect toe will affect tire wear and steering wheel position, not a pull.
Camber affects pull and is not adjustable on '96 and newer Caravans unless the lower strut mounting holes are modified. Switch the two front tires from side to side and drive the van. If it pulls the other way or the pull is gone, it's a tire issue. Consider putting them on the rear and leaving them there until they wear out.
Of course, be sure both tires are the same size and brand and aren't low in pressure. Also don't overlook a dragging brake. Stop on a slight incline, put the van in neutral, and see if it starts to roll down hill when you take your foot off the brake. If it doesn't, look into the brake system.
