I just wanted to know how many belts are supposed to be under the hood of my 1994 Plymouth voyager.I only have two and my friend thinks that there maby should have been three and I am missing one, because I keep staling when I am driving and the battery is still working it only does it when I am driving not when I am stopped except when I am trying to start back up every time I let go of the gas it dies but the heat, radio, blinker and all that still work

Hi:
The number of belts differs based on engine and options. If you have a V6, there could be two or three. Let me know what size engine you have and does the car have AC.

Keep in mind, most of them only had two, a serp belt (which runs basically everything) and one V-belt to the alt. Check to see if there any pulleys that don't have a belt going to them.
