I have tilt steering, and when I put key in ignition and turn it to the on position, I get nothing until I turn it all the way to start, then it dont go any farther, and then its onlly like its in the on position. It dont even spring back like it should in start position. Is there a relay on coloumn or I need help. Thank u.

It sounds like you need a new Ignition Switch.... Here is what is looks like.....
