Sticking front brake caliper. The caliper could have a buildup of rust pits or dirt on the piston. This will not cause a problem until new brake pads are installed and the pistons are retracted to make room for them.
Another somewhat common problem is a restricted rubber brake hose. Rust builds up inside the crimp where the metal bracket holds the center of the hose. The crimp can be opened up slightly with a channel lock pliers.
