1991 Plymouth Sundance Front driver side tire screech

I have a 91' plymouth sundance that has been making a progressivly louder and louder screeching sound from the front driver side tire somewhere but the noise only occurs when im in reverse backing up and when i apply the brakes. It drivers well and doesnt make and noises until i back up and break, any other time i break it doesnt make a noise at all

have your brakes checked by a pro it may have something rubbing other than brakes.

My breaks are new, i work for a car dealership and had those checked first

check for rust between caliper and rotor or dust shield and rotor. also have wheel bearings checked.
