Pickup cuts off when coming to a stop - Vibrates and cut off- runs good otherwise

Dodge ram pickup 1988 runs good, starts good, but vibrates strong and then engine cuts off every time I come to a stop, have to re crank to go on. Had 2 different fuel pumps on it already, no help. Can you help me?

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you checked the ISC actuator? Have you checked it for trouble codes?

They put a new Idle celoniod on it to start with - have cked for Vacuum leaks no leaks NOW THEY ARE CKING THE ECM (Engine Computer Module) -Truck was wrecked 6 months age on the left drivers side the fender where the ECM is located they are thinking this might be the problem - Is there a way the ck it without having to replace it first to see if not damaged?

No it's at the Dodge Place. They Are looking into the ECM - It's under the Driver side front fender the truck was wrecked on that side and repaired but same ECM unit was put back in the finfer well. So I'm not sure they have a way of cking to see if ECM unit is ok or not. Thanks for all you help. Blessings
