The truck will start and run for a minute or two when you first try it in the morning. If I turn the key off and back on then it will try to restart but dies instantly. If I pump the gas pedal it will sometimes barely stay running but then dies again. I've changed the fuel pump. It has 17psi fuel pressure between the tank and the throttle body. But has none between throttle body and return line. Unless the return line is closed off then it has around 60psi coming out of the throttle body.

I have a similiar problem with my 90 Dodge w150. Mine floods and ends up dumping fuel into crankcase and overfull oil levels result as well. Other symptoms you mentioned are dead on for me as well. I have not checked fuel pump but you replaced yours so I am betting that is not my problem either. Other comments have been. Throttle position sensor, fuel pump regulator, EGR valve, Idle air control valve, since I have not checked these out I am only passing on information others have suggested. Let me know if you find out anything and I will do same. From: NOT PLOWING IN MICHIGAN AND WE HAVE A TON OF SNOW!
