2006 Peugeot 206 Wuring noise

Have purchased second hand company car, has full service history.
Recent cambelt change and pump. Making wuring noise, louder when change gear.

Was suggested belt too tight, had it loosened and another pump put on, still making noise although not so bad but very annoying. It sounds like it is running too high, difficult to explain.
