How to disassemble PCM connector? I want to tighten the female pins.

Good afternoon.

You do not need to disassemble the connector. You can just get a set of eyeglass screw drivers and use the small one to tighten up the pins. I ahve done this for years.

You need a special pin remover to remove the pins. You can get it at a parts store if you still feel you need it.

So do I need to insert screw driver inside the hole and pull down on the tab?

Yes, use light to see where the tab is located and which way it has to move.
