Not so much a problem as a question. Under the hood of my truck on the passenger side there is two silver boxes. One is one the fire wall and one is on the fender well. The boxes are right next to one another. I recently replaced the one on the fire wall as a PCM. What is the other one?

The one you replaced is technically the Engine Control Module even though Chrysler calls it a PCM. The one in front of it on the wheel arch is the Transmission Control Module. On other makes the Powertrain Control Module controls all of the powertrain.
