Pass-lock reset by scan tool?

So, my car is no crank/no start. The pass-lock is engaged I finally found out after totally forgetting about it because the pass-lock was not originally the problem; it shut off on me after filling up the gas tank! I had got it to start two more times but then it quit and hasn't started since. I replaced the evap purge solenoid first, because I thought it was an evap related issue due to the gas tank prematurely stopping the fill up 3 or 4 times when I put gas in. Then the pass-lock must have kicked in because it stopped cranking from the ignition switch. I can still get it to crank but not from the ignition switch, only from the fuse box using a jumper wire on the crank relay. My question is, (sorry for rambling) can a scan tool deactivate the pass-lock? Because nothing I do seems to get it to deactivate, I tried numerous times to have the computer relearn the passlock. I replaced the ignition switch and lock cylinder and tried using a resistor but none of that works. Could it be the BCM or the PCM? Please help me, I'm at my wits end!

I scan tool cant reset the pass-lock. I would disconnect the battery overnight and if that doesn't work we can do a hard reboot which is done by removing the negative side of the battery, with the cable loose from the negative side of the battery, hold it to the positive terminal for 1 minute this will discharge the memory capacitors in the BCM and PCM allowing the system to reboot.

The car just would not crank after filling up the gas, the key would not turn. I had it towed home, and got it to start the next day after using some pliers to get the ignition cylinder to turn but after I turned the car off it would not start again. After two days, I got the car to run again, but I had to use a jumper wire after I pulled the relay to the fuel pump out. Once I made it home, (luckily) it would not start again. I replaced the evap canister vent valve thinking it was an issue with the evap system, almost replaced the evap canister purge valve but when I tested it, it checked out fine, it clicked after activating it. I believed it was an issue with the evap system, since noticing that when filling up with gas, it would stop pumping like it was full but still needed more gas. But after the vent valve check out ok I figured I should start from the top. I diagnosed starting with checking for spark and saw that it was not getting a spark. I replaced the crankshaft position sensor A and B (A was a tough one with removing the harmonic balancer). Still no spark. I then replaced the camshaft sensor, still no spark. After checking the wiring, I fixed one of the wires that goes to the fuel pump relay, but then it stopped cranking from the ignition switch, but I got it to crank from using a jumper wire with the crank relay. I then realized it was the passlock most likely stopping the car from cranking from the switch. I replaced the starter because I knew that it needed replacing anyway, it was going out.I went through all the wiring harness and repaired any wire that did not test good. This includes the spark plugs and wires and I replaced the ignition module and coils for good measure. The wires to the spark plugs all looked good except for 2 of the ones on the backside of the engine, which one was really chewed up looking and one that had just a bit of chewing on it.(From mice I think from the previous owner, or when I visited friends that live out in the country areas) I now have spark, but it still won't crank from the ignition switch, only from the fusebox. Still will not start though. My scantool shows that the passlock is activated, and I cannot get it to turn off, I've tried relearning the new ignition switch, also using a resistor, and resetting the pcm/bcm but no luck. At this point, I'm thinking replacing the bcm and pcm is the only other thing I can do, I can't think of anything else that is in the starting category. And besides, I can't get that pass lock to disengage. Also, I have to use a jumper wire to get the fuel pump to activate. Do you think the fuel pump may be going out? Or is it the pass lock that is preventing the fuel pump from activating? Any help would be amazing!

The pass lock is controlled by the BCM which is what I would replace. Here are the instructions and location of the BCM so you can change it out, get a rebuilt unit by searching google or eBay.

Body Control Module Programming and Setup

Each of the following courses of action requires a setup or programming procedure before the body control module (BCM) can be put into normal service.

Body Control Module (BCM) Replacement
If the BCM is replaced, the following procedures must be performed in the subsequent order:
- BCM Reprogramming-Refer to Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration in Computer/Integrating Systems for replacement, setup, and programming.
- Theft Learn-Refer to Programming Theft Deterrent System Components in Theft Deterrent.

Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM) Replacement
If the sensing and diagnostic module (SDM) is replaced, the following procedures must be performed:
- BCM Reprogramming-Refer to Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration in Computer/Integrating Systems for replacement, setup, and programming.
- Theft Learn-Refer to Programming Theft Deterrent System Components in Theft Deterrent.

Body Control Module (BCM) Reprogramming
If the BCM is reprogrammed, the following procedures must be performed:
- BCM Reprogramming-Refer to Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration in Computer/Integrating Systems for replacement, setup, and programming.
