Let's scan for codes and then also we need to check all the key-less functions and see what does not work. lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00 here is a video to show you how.

Here is a guide to help you reset the system with the security alarm fuse location in the diagrams below.

The wire for the key-less antenna was unplugged when I plugged it back in it started acting like it was crank with the fob and would not go into gear. Once I unplugged the wire again every thing worked right but the passive entry and the service key-less system message came back on. So I checked outt he guide and that did it, back going again. Thank you

Okay so I have the vehicle listed above and the anti-theft security system won't allow me to start it. The starter is good, everything is good. I replaced the alternator, ignition, new battery, and ever since then the car power's on but there's no juice to the vehicle and it won't crank.

It sounds like the security module needs to be replaced. Does the engine start up and run? Here is the location of the module and the replacement instructions below. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Okay, first I lost my keys. So I drilled out the cylinder not think about an alarm or transponder. Removed the antenna for the immobilizer my younger brother removed chip and in doing so broke the chip. So now after looking up everything I could about the truck and alarm system. Now I know I'm in a world of trouble. I would like to know if I installed a aftermarket bypass and remote start and programmed it to the truck would it work? As of right now it will not start or crank. But everything else works. Radio, power windows, ECT. Please help or give me the best advice with out spending $1,000.00 at the dealership.

Being a 2006 you are looking at buying the parts to replace the damaged ones as well as new keys. The aftermarket bypass systems usually cause far more problems than they claim to solve especially on this type of system. Then add on a remote start as well and you are getting deep into the barrel of worms.
The good news is that it isn't that bad.
Step one will be to get a new SKREEM module and lock cylinder, that is the part with the antenna that circles the switch. Now visit a locksmith or have one come to you, with your title and registration and drivers license. With those they can contact the factory and get the proper key codes to cut the new keys. Then the replacement cylinder can be pinned to match the lost keys. That way you don't need to replace the rest of the locks. Those parts get installed and they can program the replacement SKREEM module and the keys into the system. I would call a few places as well as the dealers and see who has the better deal. Remember that the smiths will usually charge more to come to you but that with the dealer you are looking at tow bills.
Unfortunately there are no shortcuts or ways you can program the keys yourself. As for the lost keys, as the new keys are programmed in the old ones can be erased so that even if they do turn up they will not work.

New question! I can't get the new immobilizer until mid February so that's no good to me. What if I get the a immobilizer computer and keys out of the same vehicle in a junkyard and put them on my truck will that work? That way I don't have to program them and wait until February for new parts.

Well you can use the used parts but you still need them programmed into your vehicle. They are not a plug and play system. The various modules are registered with and through each other and changing any of those parts requires the reprogramming.

Unlocked door and alarm went off and continues to. We've tried everything. We just replaced ignition switch and before that, when car alarm went off we could just start car and it would quit. Now it's just going nonstop!

This issue started after you replaced the ignition switch? Did you replace just the cylinder or more than that? Sounds like your SKIS (Chip in the Key) is not programmed any longer. Refer to the second attachment circled in red.

Review this info and let me know if you have questions. However, I would get new keys programmed to the vehicle and go from there.

Well let me start by telling you that about 2 months ago car went dead and replaced battery. Not long after that the radio would turn on and off and start blinking along with other lights on dash. The day that started, the following morning, came out and car wouldn't do Anything. Took it to shop and they said it was alternator, replaced it. Got car back and a day later started blinking and doing same thing. Now just got car back 2 days ago and the mechanic said the only thing he knew to do was. Change starter switch. Then he said the radio was causing a draw so disconnected the radio, Been driving fine since then. Today when I unlocked the car(by sticking key in drivers side door)the alarm started blaring and lights flashing. Now before the work it had went off by unlocking door but it always went off after turning car on. Drove it home like that and had to unplug battery. When I plug battery back up it continues to do it. I took it back to shop and he tried all the codes and everything he said he knew and still nothing. Thanks for your help, I figured dealership.

Yeah. Unfortunately the dealer is going to have to go in and deactivate the alarm and then diagnose it. I suspect the key is the issue but they will be able to determine that. You are correct that just turning the key to the on position is what disables it. The fact that this is not happening points to the key or the sensor in the ignition.

Just purchased this vehicle today. The alarm was set off on accident and now I can't get it to turn off or the car to start. Tried doing the door lock settings stopping it and unlocking it with the key didn't work. Also tried unplugging the battery and then waiting and then plugging it back in and still nothing. How can I bypass this alarm system?

You cannot bypass the alarm easily, have you tried a hard reboot of the system? Remove the negative cable from the battery and hold it to the positive battery terminal for one minute. This will discharge the capacitors and let the system reboot. Here is a guide that can help:
