After replacing a motor mount, we have found that the entire passenger headlight goes dim when lights are running for day time running and night driving. On day time the driver side is brighter then normal and the passenger is dim to the point of no light. When the lights are turned on all lights on passenger side dim and the driver side gets brighter as well. Turn signal on passenger side acts like it is out but it is so dim the car thinks it is blown. When the high beams are turned on the entire passenger side assembly looses power.

Hi,

When you have dim lights as you described, usually it is related to a bad ground. There is a chance the ground was damaged when the motor mount was replaced. I attached a pic below for you to see. First, note that there is a separate fuse for low and high beam and for the left and right side of the vehicle. So, check the right high beam fuse first.

Next, the ground will be a black wire that is located behind the right headlamp. Check to make sure it wasn't damaged when you did the work. Also, make sure there isn't corrosion where it attaches.

Let me know.
Joe
