I am getting a p2097 code. I am running a Vararam CAI, JBA shorty headers, SLP axle-back exhaust, with a Hypertech Max Energy tune. I replaced the O2 sensor after cat on the passenger side for a temporary fix. It passed emissions with no exhaust leaks, vacuum was fine. What else could it be and how can I fix this?

Because you are not running stock and have modified the computer that may be your problem.
see picture for more things to check.you may have a evaporator canister purge solenoid problem or not connected. It may or probably is running too rich as well to set that code due to the modification.
