Initially we had a code that said the o2 sensor was bad. Drove for a couple of weeks now the two codes (301 and 306) come up but nobo2 sensor code. Could just changing the plugs and wires make the codes go away?

Good afternoon.

It may or may not.

I would check the compression to be sure the engine does not have an issue.

I would also check the fuel pressure. Low fuel pressure will cause misfires as well.
