The truck starts up no problems idles perfect, I have changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, hoses. While running or driving for like fifteen minutes the hoses get extremely hard almost to the point to where it wants to explode. The overfill fills up and when I release the pressure cap the hose pressure goes down to normal then the pressure builds up again as I keep it running. I am out of ideas. Please help!

The radiator cap should have a valve to limit system pressure to 15 psi. Be sure air flow through the radiator is not blocked and the fan is working. If you see bubbling in the reservoir, and/or you are losing coolant, start by having your mechanic perform a chemical test at the radiator for a leaking cylinder head gasket.
