Water pump went out replaced, continued to overheat replaced thermostat continues to overheat, take to local shop to was told fan clutch was bad, replaced. Still over heating. Radiator has been flushed, all hoses are fine no leaking. Car will run fine then heats up all coolant will boil in the overflow and seep back into the radiator as it cools down. Noticed that since new fan has keep it cooler longer and flexes the temperature back and forth but eventually gonna run hot. I have no more ideas of cause.

Since you have done so much, there is little left to consider. If the vehicle is still overheating at highway speeds, as well as slower speeds, I question the following.
1) Possible bad thermostat (even though it is new) or was installed upside down.
2) Possible lower radiator hose collapses.
3) Possible head gasket issue.
4) Timing issue.
5) Still a partially plugged radiator.
