oldsmobile water in a.i.r. pump

I have a 2001 olds intrigue that I heard a water bubbling sound from the left front engine. Took it to the dealer and they replace the A.I.R. pump said it had water in it and was shorted out. 2 days later I hear the bubbling noise again. Any idea where the water might be coming from before I go back to the garage
