1990 Other Oldsmobile Models AC clutch is froze

Is there a way on an 1990 Olds 88 to bypass the AC clutch so that the belt system can turn. Right now because the clutch is froze the belt won't stay on. I don't want to put alot of money in the car but would like to fix it if possible.

You can get a shorter belt to put on and bypass the a/c for now, take a small string and run it around the wheels excluding the a/c and ask the people at the auto parts to help you get the right size.
