Hi I have a 1988 Delta 88 3.8L v6. It runs super rough at idle and shakes quite a bit. When accelerating it runs fine and on the highway too smooth, as soon as you stop the car at a red light it idles super rough. I tested spark on all cylinders and all good. All the plugs looked good too. I have done an injector flush and cleaned the MAF sensor neither made any difference. Car also has a newer O2 sensor. I'm stuck please help.

Is the check engine light on?
Make sure the air filter is clean and check-- and/or-- clean the PCV valve. Look and listen for any vaccume leaks.
Your IAC may be bad or the EGR valve may be dirty. You can have these and many other sensors and valves tested for free at autozone or a place like that. Test the TPS sensor for proper operation.
