Is your check engine light on? If so, then that's the first place to start. AutoZone will scan your computer for free.
This could be an ignition or fuel related problem. But to me, it sounds like your fuel pressure regulator is faulty.
If you are so inclined, check system pressure with a fuel gauge. Your system pressure should hold steady at 45-55 PSI with the engine running. (The needle should drop below this) And when you shut your engine off, it should not bleed down.
If the needle drops while your engine is running, then you have a leaking injector or clog somewhere in the system. If the pressure bleeds down after you shut the engine off, then your fuel pressure regulator is leaking.
If I've helped you, please vote for me, as I depend on this to pay my bills.
