Air Conditioning problem
1990 Oldsmobile Delta 88 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My daughters car will only blow out warm air while she is pushing on the gas, so she freezes in the winter time and it also blows in the summer. The air conditioning doesnt work anymore either. We have replaced the thermostat and flushed the radiator. We beleive that she may also have a small leak in the radiator. What do you think? Thanks!

Hello

There are a couple of things that may cause this type of problem. First there may be an air pocket in the cooling system, also the system may be partially pluged with rust and sediment, next you may have a watep pump that is not pumping enough anymore and lastly if you have too high a concentration of antifreeze( not enough water) should be a good 50/50 mix you wont have very good heat in the car.
