200 degrees F is not overheating. Some cooling fans won't come on till about 220. Does the coolant reservoir fill up in a hurry, any signs of overheating, warning lite come on?

If its actually overheating-Could be air in the system, water pump, blown headgasket, cracked head or block or an intake leak-any white smoke on the rear?
