1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass turn singles

Hi, I bought my oldsmobile a year ago and my turns singles worked, however I parked it for the summer and when I went to drive it only my left turn single worked. Now none of my turn singles work. My emargence flashers do work fine I have changed all fuses and the flasher fuse as well as bulbs. A friend has told me it sounds like my "flasher" went out I have no clue where to find the "flasher" if thats even what it is.

It should be right underneath your steering wheel under the dash. If not there, then behind the glove box
